Growing up between the bustling streets of modern India and the quiet rhythms of her ancestral village, Harman always felt the pull of two worlds. Her grandmother's hands, weathered and wise, taught her that every thread carries a story.
Pinjjai was born from the desire to give these stories a platformâto transform the invisible labor of women artisans into visible, celebrated art. Each bag is an act of preservation, empowerment, and love.

The Art of Pinjana
Pinjjai by H is deeply rooted in the rural landscapes of Punjab, where tradition and craftsmanship are a way of life. Inspired by age-old techniques, the name Pinjjai comes from "Pinjana" (पिà¤à¥à¤¨à¤¾), the traditional process of cleaning cottonâsymbolizing patience, purity, and heritage. Our foundation lies in preserving these timeless skills while celebrating the women who carry them forward.

Pinjjai is Born
Pinjjai by H came to life in July 2019, founded by Harman Seera, a textile graduate from Pearl Academy of Fashion. What began as a creative passion soon turned into a purpose-driven journey. Inspired by her mothers hand crochet skills, Harman grew up watching simple threads transform into something beautiful. Those memories now live on in every pieceâeach one telling a story of love, tradition, and deep-rooted connection.
